This morning, I completed Session D of the Beginner Phase from Jason Ferruggia’s “Muscle Gaining Secrets 2.0” program. This session was a lower body dominant session similar to Session B of the Beginner Phase.
I started off with Barbell Back Squats:
Then moved on to Romanian Deadlifts:

With Squats & Deadlifts, I did fewer sets with a lower weight but at a higher rep count than on Tuesday/Session B.
I then finished up with some Dumbbell Hammer Curls:
After that, it was a busy morning & afternoon. The last few days have been interesting for a number of reasons. And they have been good days for a number of reasons!
