(2/12/13) 3 Hours Post- Lower Body Workout. Just at 15 inches.  Biggest my right arm has ever been.  It's nothing too big but it's getting bigger each week.  The main thing I am after is continual progress & growth.

(2/12/13) Taken 3 Hours after my Lower Body Workout. Measured just at 15 inches. Biggest my right arm has ever been. It’s nothing spectacular but it’s getting bigger each week. The main thing I am after is continual progress & growth. I am realistic in my expectations and believe I can get into the 17+ range within the next few months.  Over that time, I should be able to add a bit of peak to my biceps as well as overall size to my triceps.  Last year at this time, my arm was not nearly as large.  Unfortunately, I don’t have a good comparison photo or measurements from last year.  Suffice it to say, my arm did not look like this!                      I still have at least 10-15 pounds of muscle to add to my frame (at a minimum) so I will continue towards that goal regardless of whether I make it happen during the ETR Body Transformation Contest or a little bit afterwards.
